At F1EDGE, we take pride in the quality and design of our streetwear. Every piece is made with care — but if you receive a product that doesn’t fit right or isn’t what you expected, we’ve got you covered with our easy exchange policy.
1. No Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We only provide exchanges for eligible products.
2. Exchange Eligibility
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- All tags and packaging are intact.
- You received the wrong size, color, or a defective item.
Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Accessories, sale/discounted items, and custom products cannot be exchanged.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not qualify for exchange.
4. Exchange Process
- Contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order details and issue (include pictures if applicable).
- Once approved, ship the product back to us (shipping charges are borne by the customer).
- After inspection, we’ll send your replacement item within 5–7 business days.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
We’ll verify and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
